Terms & Conditions — ac65 Platform Rules & User Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ac65 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at ac65.io.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account with ac65 or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and documentation check required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action listed under Section 8 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, and bonus abuse.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-sensitive operations on the Platform.

By registering an Account on the ac65 Platform or by using any part of the Platform's services, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You have read and accepted the ac65 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ac65 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You understand that these Terms may be updated from time to time and that continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, between you and ac65 relating to the subject matter herein.

3.1 Age Requirement. The ac65 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any services provided by ac65. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. ac65 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one Account on the ac65 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where ac65 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, ac65 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and apply any applicable restrictions.

3.3 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes. ac65 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, ac65 requires Players to complete a KYC verification process. This involves submitting a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. ac65 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

3.5 Restricted Territories. ac65 does not knowingly accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. ac65 reserves the right to refuse registration or close Accounts from restricted territories at any time.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ac65 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. ac65 will never contact you to request your password.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ac65 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach. ac65 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to exercise reasonable security precautions.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure. ac65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where: (a) the Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ac65 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; (c) the Player's Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may contact the support team at any time.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account is classified as dormant after 12 months of inactivity. ac65 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant Account balances, following at least 30 days' written notice to the Player's registered email address. Players may reactivate dormant Accounts by logging in and completing any required verification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ac65 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ac65 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the Player's Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Account within five minutes of successful payment confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes. ac65 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for standard mobile wallet transactions. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ac65 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. In some cases, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

5.5 Own Account Requirement. Players may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts held in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. ac65 reserves the right to reverse transactions and close Accounts where this requirement is violated.

5.6 Currency. All transactions on the ac65 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ac65 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by ac65 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotional-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotional-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotional page and within the Player's Account. ac65 reserves the right to set game-specific wagering contribution rates.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are available to one Account per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. ac65 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus awards where evidence of abuse is identified.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the relevant offer terms. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings may be removed from the Account without further notice.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. ac65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. ac65 is not liable to compensate Players for the loss of anticipated promotional benefits following any such modification or withdrawal.

7.1 Game Availability. ac65 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw any game or betting market from the Platform at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific games or markets is not guaranteed and may vary.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. All wagers are subject to acceptance by ac65. ac65 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances of: system errors, odds pricing errors, market suspension, or where prohibited conduct is suspected.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in incorrect odds, game results, or balance amounts being displayed, ac65 reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore Account balances to their state prior to the error. ac65 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Disconnection. ac65 is not responsible for losses suffered as a result of internet disconnection, power failure, or other technical interruptions on the Player's end during an active gaming session. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while using the Platform.

7.5 Sports Betting Markets. All sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by the specific market rules displayed on the relevant betting page. In the event of any dispute, the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (including ICC, FIFA, BPL, and others) shall be treated as definitive.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ac65 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any technique designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider while retaining associated winnings on the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the Platform for financial gain.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access for underage individuals.

All content on the ac65 Platform, including but not limited to the ac65 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of ac65 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ac65.

Any unauthorised use of ac65 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may be subject to legal action.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac65, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, delay, or error in Platform services; (c) any third-party actions or content accessed through the Platform; or (d) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

10.2 ac65's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct losses arising from a single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ac65's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.4 ac65 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ac65 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. We provide the following tools and resources to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and mandatory break notifications within Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and promotional communications will cease.
• Reality Checks: Time-elapsed notifications are displayed at regular intervals during active gaming sessions to help Players maintain awareness of the time spent playing.

ac65 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ac65 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between the Player's device and the Platform. ac65 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide Platform services (e.g., to payment processors for transaction completion).

Players have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of their personal data held by ac65, subject to applicable legal obligations. Requests should be submitted to [email protected].

ac65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ac65 will notify Players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where changes are required by law or to address security concerns, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at ac65.io/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh acknowledge that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between ac65 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation. Disputes should be raised by contacting the ac65 support team with full details of the complaint. ac65 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.

14.3 Finality of Decisions. All decisions made by ac65 regarding disputes, wager settlements, Account investigations, and rule interpretations are final and binding unless ac65 determines at its sole discretion to revisit a decision in the interests of fairness. ac65's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes and wager settlements shall be final.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
